AWS practice · Advanced Tier Services Partner

AWS, operated by the engineers who build on it.

Cypik is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner. We run production AWS estates around the clock across landing zones, EKS, security, cost and migration, with every change made as code.

Working with AWS, verifiably.

Cypik is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner. Partner status can be checked in the AWS Partner Finder, and we show only the designations AWS has granted us.

AWS is one practice within Cypik. We run the same operating model on Azure and Google Cloud too.See all platforms

How we are different

Accelerator‑led managed services

On AWS the building blocks are concrete: a codified landing zone, a reviewed module library, monitoring packs per workload type and security and cost baselines. They are applied to your accounts, so onboarding starts from working parts.

01

Landing zone blueprints

A governed foundation for AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, already codified: account, subscription or project structure, guardrails, identity, networking and logging. Applied to your estate instead of designed from scratch.

02

Infrastructure-as-code module library

Reviewed, hardened modules for networks, Kubernetes clusters, data stores and identity. Your environment is assembled from proven parts, in your repository.

03

Operations runbooks and monitoring packs

Alerting, dashboards and response runbooks prepared per workload type, so cover starts with working detection and a known first response.

04

Security and cost baselines

Posture checks, tagging and budget controls applied from day one, so security and FinOps are part of the baseline and not a later project.

Landing zone

A multi-account foundation, applied from a blueprint.

Separate accounts for security, shared infrastructure and each workload, held together by common guardrails. Our landing zone blueprint is applied to your organization, not designed from scratch.

AWS practice

Six areas, one team.

The same engineers who design your AWS environment also run it, so nothing is lost in a handover.

01

Landing zone and governance

Multi-account structure with AWS Organizations and Control Tower, service control policies, centralized logging and a network baseline.

  • Control Tower
  • Organizations
  • IAM Identity Center
  • VPC
02

24/7 operations

Monitoring, incident response, patching and change management across EC2, containers, databases and serverless.

  • CloudWatch
  • Systems Manager
  • EventBridge
  • RDS
03

Containers and Kubernetes on EKS

Production EKS clusters built and run as code, with upgrades, autoscaling, GitOps delivery and observability included.

  • EKS
  • Karpenter
  • ArgoCD
  • Terraform
See Containers and Kubernetes on EKS
04

Security and compliance

Posture management, threat detection and remediation, with evidence prepared for your auditors.

  • Security Hub
  • GuardDuty
  • Config
  • KMS

05

FinOps and optimization

Tagging and allocation, rightsizing, Savings Plans and Reserved Instance planning, reviewed every month.

06

Migration and modernization

Assess, plan and move workloads to AWS with rehearsed cutovers, then modernize where the business case holds.

  • MGN
  • Well-Architected

Service levels

Pick the level that fits your estate.

The same three levels apply to AWS, with response targets and reporting agreed per account.

01

Cloud Foundation

A landing zone you can trust, and cost you can see.

Best for: Teams starting in the cloud, or inheriting an estate nobody has documented.

  • Landing zone and guardrails across accounts, subscriptions or projects
  • Identity, networking and logging baseline
  • Infrastructure as code in your repository
  • Backups and a documented recovery plan
  • Cost allocation and budget alerts

02 · Most chosen

Cloud Operate

Round-the-clock operations, changed by pull request.

Best for: Teams who want engineers building product, not carrying the pager.

  • Everything in Cloud Foundation
  • 24/7 monitoring, alerting and incident response
  • Patching, upgrades and capacity management
  • Change management through reviewed pull requests
  • Monthly operations and cost review

03

Cloud Assurance

Operations with security and compliance evidence built in.

Best for: Regulated teams, and anyone who has to answer an auditor.

  • Everything in Cloud Operate
  • Continuous posture management and threat detection
  • Vulnerability and configuration drift remediation
  • Compliance evidence packs for your auditors
  • Quarterly restore tests with the results sent to you

The engagement

How an AWS engagement runs.

  1. 01

    Assess

A read-only review of your estate against the well-architected framework of your cloud provider, whether AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. You get written findings and a prioritized plan. If you stop here you keep the report.

  2. 02

    Onboard

We document the estate and bring it under code using our accelerators: landing zone blueprints, tested modules, monitoring packs and runbooks. Nothing goes under management before it is written down.

  3. 03

    Operate

Round-the-clock monitoring and response, with every change made as a reviewed pull request in your repository.

  4. 04

    Optimize

A monthly review of reliability, security and spend, each ending in named actions rather than a dashboard.

Standards

Standards we hold ourselves to.

  • Infrastructure as code in your repository, so you are never locked in
  • Designs and deliverables peer-reviewed by our AWS engineers
  • Well-Architected practices applied as a working standard, not a one-off
  • Documented runbooks, escalation paths and change records

Get a second opinion on your AWS environment.

Start with a Well-Architected, cost or security review. You keep the findings either way.
