All Cypik services are digital, and nothing is shipped physically.

Onboarding

After an order is agreed, we run a read-only assessment of your environment, document it, bring it under code, and agree escalation paths before round-the-clock cover begins. We give you a specific timeline once the assessment is complete.

Ongoing delivery

Consulting and project work follows the schedule agreed in your order. Monitoring, support and reporting are provided at the service level set out in your agreement.
