These terms govern your use of the Cypik website and the cloud services provided by Pelqa AI LLC (“Cypik”, “we”, “us”).

Services

Cypik provides managed cloud services, DevOps consulting, cloud migration, infrastructure automation, Kubernetes and platform engineering, FinOps, security and compliance support, CTO advisory and edge networking services. The scope, service levels and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or order agreed with you.

Fees and payment

• Fees, invoicing and payment terms are set out in your agreed order and are payable in US dollars unless it says otherwise.
• We do not collect or store payment card details through this website.
• Billing questions can be sent to billing@cypik.com.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, give us the access needed to deliver the services, and keep credentials you share with us secure. You remain responsible for decisions about your own systems and data.

Intellectual property

Infrastructure code and configuration we write for you in your repository belongs to you, as set out in your agreement. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods and know-how.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
