Fixed fee, paid at stage gates
Migrations and platform builds are quoted as a fixed fee and invoiced when each agreed stage is accepted, not upfront.

Flat monthly fee by estate size
A predictable monthly fee for the service level you choose. It does not rise with your cloud bill, so we gain nothing from a larger one.
